Michael is an attorney for tax law with a focus on European financial markets law. He studied law at the University of Rostock and is approved by the Hamburg Bar Association. His professional background involves various leading positions in fund management and financial service companies as well as his law firm. His areas of expertise include tax law and financial markets law. He is fluent in German and English.

Kosta has over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry, which includes 15 years with major focus on foreign exchange, money markets, gold trading and swaps, domestic FX market interventions, liquidity funds in various currencies, portfolio management, settlement in different securities, contact with counterparties, including launching new instruments for investing and different types of securities, such as government bonds, supranational and covered bonds. Kosta holds an Investment Advisor Certificate, IFID Certificate, ACI Dealing certificate and ACI Diploma, Broker Certificate and International Capital Markets, International Fixed Interest and Bond Markets, and International Equity Markets certificates.
